Good independant Audi specialist in the West Mids

Hi all
Can anyone recommend a good independent Audi specialist in the West Midlands?? I'm just south of Birmingham.

Think its about time I ditched the Stealer's!!

mckenzie's vw/audi specialists in lichfield are excellent, they solved a problem on my old mk3 no-one else could figure out and i heard similar things about them before i got to them

I had a different experience with routine servicing. Tried them before Midland VW. They put the wrong oil in my S3 (nasty burnt deposits under oil cap), still had the wrong oil when I turned up to get it changed, and then tried to make me pay again for the right stuff. Also vastly overcharged Haldex oil and filter done there (only asked for oil and they went ahead and changed filter anyhow and then charged me £180 or so for it).

This may have been a one off but when I was there they didn't seem to be dealing with any performance / modded VAG stuff either. Not been back since so couldn't comment any further.

Jody at Midland VW has had 2 fettled S3s and numerous other VAG performance stuff himself which to me is also reassuring.

Opinions eh!
