Clutch noise?

Hi everyone,

I have recently noticed that when push the clutch out there is a metalic clunking noise from the gearbox/clutch area under the car.

Any ideas.

could be a release bearing grumbling or if there is a vibration maybe flywheel.

Or even just clutch on its way out.

How many miels and years / car may help!!

Sorry yeah, it's a S3 2001 which has done 64000 miles. Revo SP2 remap.

I do feel some vibration through the pedals and some through the gear stick.

if it is vibrating and shaking the car its a flywheel. We should have done a group buy on these as everyone seems to be having these problems at present.
