how do i post pics of my s3,i have pics on mymphone which is connected to my pc via usb,when i post a thread how do i insert a picture as it only says type in url isnt there a way i can copy and paste etc

Good God man, it's not difficult! And it's been discussed a million times before on here, and every other forum on the web.
Step 1:
Make sure the images are saved on your PC's hard drive.
Step 2:
Go to http://www.audi-sport.net/gallery
Step 3:
Copy the URL of the image into the IMG tags (remove the quotation marks)
