Haven't put a picture of mine up before but I took this in June last year before I moved to France with her (well, until October). I love the colour....if I ever buy a new Audi I will configure it with Nogaro Blue.
I have owned this particular S3 since 2010 and bought it from the original owner. It was on 90k when I got it and now she's on 158k. When I first got it I clayed it, did a "de-tar" on it, mopped it with my dual action polisher and then applied a three stage Blackfire protection sealant to it. Three and a half years on and it still shines after a wash.
I take pride in keeping it original with just OEM style modifications. To date I've fitted just cruise control, mkIV golf aero wipers and Polo wiper arm rear, black replacement silicone hoses, a black Forge 007P, Revo remap and Badger 5 TIP. I've also had the wheels re-furbished locally and put replacement centre caps on it.
The interior is totally standard (black leather and blue suede seats - the usual). It has a personal number plate which reflects my job, the speed of an S3 and the fact that it is a S3! I have no other plans except I will visit Bill at Badger 5 soon for a boost check-up and I want a Milltek resonated back box.
According to the original invoice it had the following options:
- Noggy blue paint
- 18" alloys
- Aluminium mirrors
- Bose
- Boot mounted CD changer
- Electric sunroof
- Tracker (fitted free of charge because it was supposed to have a Symphony headunit but arrived from the factory with a Chorus)
- Black leather and blue alcantara seats (no cost)
It still amazes me now but the total cost including VAT/tax was: £27,800!! **faint** Worth every penny though!
