where to plumb in boost gauge?

i havd a digital boost gauge which is giving false high readings.
i have spoken to the supplier and he says i should try plumbing it in on the vacum pipe comming of the inlet manifold. now im not sure which pipe that would be. at the moment i have it spliced into the pipe that comes off the fpr, this is the what i did on my mk4 and it was fine.
any ideas welcom

you have plumbed it in right!
Just check the pipe is not kinked or split.
If it seems ok guage is duff I'd say!
