soft brake pedal

s3 went in yesterday for brake fluid service....let air get into abs while removing calipers!!

brake pedal feels quite soft now when engine is running, when the engine is off the pedal is quite a lot stiffer....is this normal?? or do you think they have left some air in the system???

brakes do feel good, quite progressive to the bite point, however i can touch the floor when i pump the pedal.

There is definately air in the system if the pedal can go to the floor, and thats not right, get the garage to sort it pronto.
