the seller is replied to my question stating that I need to 'to make sure the EPC light comes on once ignition comes one'

how do I check that?

epc light on the dash will come on with ignition, if you have it

....er turn on ignition, look for EPC light on clock pod!!
left hand dial i think!

if the guy who sold it couldnt fit it because you live to far away how much would it cost to get it fitted or is it an easy job to do by yourself?

just had a quick look at that ebay listing and it seems it doesnt work on the facelife 1.8T engines. :-( does anyone know anywhere where i could get a similar kit for my car? its a facelift 1.8T Quattro btw and i live in the northeast. Thanks in advance!

I paid £145 fitted inc parts labour and vat from APS

yes that's all parts, stalk and everything, including setting up with vagcom

APS are based in Banbury
