it had an audi service up to 53k and then it has been serviced at a local garage. im going to the garage that carried out the service's and ask if they changed the cambelt. if they havnt i will get it done. along with a full service inc oil change etc.
what sort of money am i looking at for cambelt inc fittinc etc?

    prices vary alot...

Ive been quoted 680 from a dealer (including water pump) but paid 360 from an audi independant specialist.

Get the water pump done at the same time.

Have a search through the forums, theres loads on this subject.
