Hi all,

At some point in the near future I am going to spend some money on the A3 and wandered what your experiences have been with different companies.

The past two cars, Golf and Bora have been TDi's, so I went with Upsolute as they were a good price and I was happy with the fact they didnt smoke excessivley and gave what I considered a good increase in performance, and economy!

However, I am not sure of how much of an improvement the generic chip would be, compared to something live Revo or a rolling road Jabba?

Any info or opinions much appreciated

Cheers

Dave

Yeah remap threads have been done to death recently. The reputable names seem to be AMD, MTM, Jabba, Revo ... personally I would go to a company that specialise in the VAG cars, rather than the "remap any car" garages.
