Whilst Idle - the car jerks/revs rise a little

As the title says, I've just noticed that when I am sat in traffic in the S3 (in neutral with the handbrake on) I notice an intermittent little jerk in the car along with the rev needle jerking up a little.

It's as though I was lightly touching the accelerator to move away with the handbrake on.

Its not a massive sensation though, if that makes sense.

Just wondering if this is normal for a car with a turbo as I've never had one before.

Mine does it, ever, ever so slight. My idling sounds like a tiger gently purring.
