Will 15" alloys to fit over 312mm brakes?

I'm putting my A3 back to standard as it's up for sale.

It used to have the 15" sport alloys but I changed them over to 17" S3 alloys together with a 312mm front brake disc conversion, my original 15" have also been sold so I need to get some replacement alloys.

Does anyone know if 15" alloys will fit back over the larger brakes or would I need 16"+ alloys and if so which A3's came with 16" alloys?

I have an A3 1.8T yr 2000 and it came with 16" alloys

Dammit, had I not just put very good 288mm discs on mine I could have done you a deal on a swap.........

you wont get 15's over the 312 brakes, but i think you can get 16's over them.

16s is the smallest mate, and you need wheels to clear the calipers spoke wise also...
