I have FK Königsports and they are height and damping adjustable.

I'd had coilovers on the previous car and thought never again, then I got the Audi and thought, why not, I'll be tracking it so it makes sense.

Thing is, you tend to set ride height and thats it, and the only thing worth changing is the damping.

I'd be tempted to go for shocks/lowering springs that match and are well balanced as with my FKs (which use Koni dampers) even on the softest setting the ride is too harsh for UK roads.

I'm on my third set of Koni coilovers, on the softest setting its just as soft as OEM (which is nice). Lifetime warranty as well.
