Forge or Neuspeed??

Which short shifter is best on the S3??
the forge one or the neuspeed, as there is quite a big price difference!

B&M or Diesel Geeks IMO.

I have the B&M on my car. Takes some getting used to, but I like it. It also gives you the option of reducing throw more by adding a delta plate.

Out of the two i'd say Forge but Chris has put another two good options there...

Chris could you explain more that about how to reduce the throw in the B&M, i bought my car and it came along, but it feels just like a chopped shift, the throw is lot longer that some friend's honda civic with short shifter

The B&M isn't adjustable. It has a fixed 20% reduction. If you wanted it any shorter, you can put a different delta plate on the linkage.
