I had my cambelt, tensioners and water pump replaced on thursday and had the car remapped on saturday, about a day later I have abs and esp lights on and engine light on.
the car drives fine and is quicker than before the remap. I had it plugged into vagcom and came back with 2 errors, first one was abs sensor fault on front left (wiring circuit fault) and also a camshaft position sensor fault.
is it easy to replace these sensors and where is the camshaft position sensor?
i've seen the abs sensors on ebay for pretty cheap, anyone used one of these before?

just buy the abs sensor from gsf etc its like 17 quid - i have the exact same faults as you, replaced my abs sensor but it would appear the wiring is at fault rather than the sensor, or possibly the abs ring has been bent ive been too lazy to check.

Camshaft position sensor is also cheap and fairly easy to do iirc, but again i'd check the wiring first of all.

cheers guys. i'll have a look into it on the weekend, been busy working on the sound system all week!
