Trying to match this pipe to a part no.

would everyone agree that this pipe is number 14. on http://www.vagcat.com/epc/cat/au/A3/2000/201/49/2394975/
VWjust charged me £55+VAT for this! *UNTS!
but i just need to make sure!
picture is looking at the side of head from where the airbox is couldn't find a part number on the pipe!
