Does anyone have a recommendation for a good aftermarket single DIN fascia. The Autoleads one is the right shape and fit but its a plain plastic finish and doesnt match rest of the interior!

I think your only other option is the Audi one really.
It's just four little plastic pieces, not a frame like the autoleads one, but as you'd expect the colour match is spot on.
I ordered mine in from an Audi parts counter and it was about £9. They do a different kit for pre/post facelift, so make sure they order the right one for you if that's what you do.
