9J X 18, 31mm offset rears on S3?

would it be ok to fit the following wheels to my S3?

8J X 18, 35 mm offset fronts 225/40/18 tyres (overall tyre diameter 636mm)

9J X 18, 31 mm offset rears 255/35/18 tyres (overall tyre diameter 637mm)

I suppose they'll fit...
But they'll kill your handling...give more understeer and a less alive chassis feel with those wide rear wheels.
