Is it at all worthwhile/possible to fit the turbo from a 225 S3 to a 180bhp A3QUATTRO? Can get hold of one cheap by the looks of things , just wondering if its worth a purchase? Any feedback/ suggestions from you knowledgable lot will be appreciated !

your best talking to the blokes at AMD or simular, its not just a case of swapping the turbo over - i think you need to swap the inlet manifold and a few other things as well,
then have it remapped.

As Mat says it's not as easy as just throwing it in there, inlet will need changing along with exhaust manifold and system, personally though I'd just go for a turbo upgrade from any of the tuners....
Ok , cheers guys.Its bein remapped anyway tomorow so it would probabley turn out to be a false economy anyway. I'll see how much 220bhp scares me first! hehehehehehe!
