Sure you're not just buying a number plate that says S333 BHP for £99 with no legal ownership to then put it on your car! (worth what!?! £19.99)

Could be completely wrong, but make sure you ask all the right questions about transfer of ownership and costs etc!! before bidding.

That's how I read it too. For £100 I'd get it and keep it on retention, but it doesn't mention anything about paperwork...
