Well got the car chipped at London Superchips. The guy doing it had some problems uploading the new program, something to do with the software not talking to the ecu, anyway he has come accross these problems before on some Audi TT's and sorted it.

Wow huge difference much smoother and pulls very hard now in 1st and 2nd Very happy and all for £411.

Thanks - I was just checking Bluefin details and they're the closest to me (Uxbridge).

Any other comments on service/performance? Anyone?

Performance is like everyone else has said it transforms the car plus it fells a hell of a lot smoother.
Service was first class, the guy saw me straight away.
