1999 S3 rear light clusters

Need to replace the passenger side light cluster and whilst im at it i was thinking of changing the set for the facelift lights
Seen a set on e-bay but its all in german but the question is...will they fit anyway...?

Think I will buy a set of the german ebay also, good price
