New alloys:Kei or Kato??

Hi there
There has been lots of talk about which alloys best suit the A3/S3 8L,
So i thought i get everyones opinion on a choice ive thinking about for a while
If you had a choice of 18" kei racing or kato racing alloys for approx £500-600 incl Toyo tyres.
(Which seems a better option than purchasing 4 tyres for about £500) which one from these do you think best suits the 8l A3 the most????

Personally if its £500-£600 for a set of 4 alloys + tyres then I wouldn't feel confident putting them on my car, are they second hand?

As for looks wise I prefer the second

my friend owns a tuning company in russia, he gets these wheels for real cheap, his company is one of the main deealers in russia for these wheels. I just have to pay extra for the delivery charge to this country. There normally about £1000 in most places in the UK

The wheels are good quality, lightweight japanese wheels, but yeah in an ideal world they are not perfect for the A3.
But Im sure an A3 wont look rubbish with these on?

i dont care if its vladimir putin in the container as long i get the wheels in good condition!!! lol

the only problem with sukumos is that they only come with in black with a chrome lip, whereas the other wheels comes in all silver.

I dont think deep dish Black wheels n chrome lip would go with my car at the moment. Because its blue and im not looking to get it lowered anytime in the future.
However tinting the windows may help the look of the car with the sukumos on.

Jason have you got any pics of your car?? you seem to have black rims with chrome lip

The second ones look great and will be a bit different. Great price too.

Its a make i have never heard of before, SSW Stamford Alloy wheels. Was just frantically looking through wheel websites trying to find a nice one...

If you like Euro or deep dished style wheels try dubmeister or styledynamix

its just that im getting any kei or kato racing wheels for real good price
unfortunately they seem look very jap and are not ideal for the A3.

however when the time comes im edging towards the sukumos, ideally in silver rather than black

Does any one have an s3 with the BBS RX wheel on? or anyone know of one???? seems like a good choice and a bit cheaper than the CH!!

Would think i would have to go for a 19" tho if i did get it...

I've been after the BBS RXs for a while, I think they'll look real good on an S3, they don't do them in 19" and from what I've heard "supposedly" they don't make a fitment that fits the S3, but I am yet to find out.
