My S3 feels like its running on rocket fuel!

My car feels like its fire!!!

Honestly feels so much more powerfull since last week and i cant work out why

Only things ive done different...

1) ran for about 200 miles back on the standard map (changed back with the sps2)
2) ran it till it was empty.. literally running on fuems i reckon
3) filled with BP ultimate instead of optimax
4) Changed my clutch pedal after the old one snapped
5) loaded the revo map back on

nothing there screams out 'MORE POWER' but honestly it feels much quicker.. and no im sure im not imagining it after the 200 miles on standard.. they were all motorway miles at about 80mph

damp weather, something to do with the engine running cooler much like first thing in the morning it always feels stronger.

my car felt the same when i came back from spain in september did 3 thousend miles in 30plus degrees got back to england about midnight and it felt as if i had 20 bhp more all the way home..

someone else told me if i fit a front mounted intercooler it would be like that all the time?

hey lad i'd be careful!

my S3 did the same, started having serious power surges and lulls when my MAF was on its way out! same storey chippin it an de chipping it an getting loads more power...thought it was great till i needed a new MAF... dow!
i keep mine chipped the whole time now, thought it was best too but maybe not now the MAF is changed

No, I get the same feel when I put BP Ultimate in it, it's very powerful in the mid range, but V-power is better for Topend.
