    Service cost

My A3 now has it's service light merrily on each time I start the car, but before I throw good money away I'd like to know your thoughts or experience on how much I am looking to pay and whether it's worth going to a main dealer or an independant?

The car is an A3 1.T and it's done 58k miles with full dealer history, it's ok, I'm sitting down......

at only 58k its probably worth getting it done by a specialist rather than doing it yourself, but i reckon 150 is fair enough
