Will these wheels fit?

For a 2002 S3

Size: 18” x 8.5”

Bolt pattern: 5/120

Offset: 10

I've heard that the pattern needs to be 5x100 but would these fit as well? and I'm not sure about the offset, any help would be appreciated

You need 5x100 as you suggested in your first post bud, and the Offset needs to be ET35 give or take 5mm in most cases, ET10 is gonna stick the wheels out an inch from your bodywork.

ok whats the difference in bolt pattern, I mean why won't I be able to fit 5x120? and woudl ET38 fit?

The pcd (bolt pattern) of your hubs is 5x100 so the wheels need to be the same. The only way to get round this would be to fit hub adaptors, although I am not sure these are available to convert 5x100 to 5x120.
