A4 Brakes on A3

Hi, my dad has a new model A4 and he is thinking in upgrading the brakes to Brembo, i've noticed that the brakes are way bigger than the ones fotted in the A3 and probably he will give them to me, does any one knows if i can fit those front disc, caliper in the front of the A3 and the original front system to the rear, i know this wouldn't be as aggressive as the Brembos, but at least is an upgrade and it would be free

Not sure if the discs would fit on the hub, different PCD. You'd need to re-drill the discs to fit, and they would increase your unsprungweight. You;d need the right caliper carriers too. So it wouldn't exacly be free, and the upgrade wouldn't be that significant.

Oh i see, thought they will fit right away, then i think better save money and go for the brembos
