Towbar electrics

Hiya all, I'm new to this forum and it looks pretty good.
I have a 8L 03 tdi 130, can anybody tell me how to wire up the towbar electrics so that the DIS will work correctly, and that the 2nd indicator lamps in the dash will work correctly when I've got the trailer attached.

Im not too sure about wiring the socket in yourself, i am planning to fit a towbar to my A3 very soon and was going to go this route eBay link

These simply plug into the rear light cluster and seems to be the route taken when the dealers fit them! Hope thats some help.
