Will ET35 BBS wheels fit an S3?

Yup, they'll fit...
But, beware of what size spacers you run at the front.
If you NEED to run spacers to clear the brakes for example, and run a lot lower than standard, you may be close to rubbing, or rubbing with 8.5" wide ET35 wheels and 10mm spacers.
I reckon you should just be Ok...but 15/16mm spacers will most likely cause rubbing.

8.5 by 18 ET30 will fit, (BBS CHs). So 35's will be fine, wihtout spacers.

With an 8.5" et35 you'll be getting close to the strut on the inside.

Ok, what's the strut on the inside? I wanna know how these wheels will sit in the archs and how it'll change handeling. Do u know if it'll damage the strut on the inside? only reason I'm after these wheels is because I've seen them on another S3, but can't get hold of the exact rim spec.

It's the suspension strut you'll be gettin close to. Have a look at the link FactionOne posted, that'll show you how the wheel sits in the arch. As for a change in handling, thats also dependant on wheel weight, offset, width, size, and so on.
