how to remove an S3 seat??

still cant find the source of my fecking rattle. so out with the seat and see if i can get to it then

anyone know how it comes out though before i head out there and spend hours messing with it.

EDIT: The short version though; there should be a trim panel on the front-side of the base of the seat which you can pop-off (my pre-owned Recaros didn't have them though) - once you've got that off you should see a plate with either two bolts and a locating pin of sorts, or one bolt and two pins (memory failing me). Undo the bolt(s) there and push the seat towards the back of the car (but carefully though - there are stilll electrical connectors hooked-up underneath you don't want to damage ) - once you've got the seat back far enough you should be able to manipulate it to get better access to the electrical connectors so you can un-hook them (precision screwdrivers come in handy here for undoing the cilps on the connectors as they're a bit fiddly).
