Do any of you know if audi do a DAB headunit yet. If so will it just be a case or replacing the current headunit. (s3 bose) so it will run the cd changer and stuff.

Cheers people

This has already been covered in the ICE forum, but just to summarise: Most DAB In car units are a seperate receiver that you tuck away behind the dash or in the boot, however you have to have a DAB ready HU to use it. Most manufacturers seem to be going down this route rather than producing a DAB HU. GM/Opel are the first manufacturer to offer factory fit DAB in the new Astra, which is a Blaupunkt unit. Audi have moved away from Blaupunkt, to Matsushita (Panasonic). I guess they'll get there eventually, but why not use this as an excuse to upgrade your HU to a decent make. Even if Audi had one available now, you'd be paying well over the odds for a sub-standard piece of equipment. DAB is generally hugely expensive compared to analogue Radio (£150 more on the same spec unit), as it just hasn't caught on, although the car market is the one place you really need it (who can live with just 6 FM channels on a long journey). At home you just use your Sky box, so the price will remain high until consumers see a real benefit. It's not like the introduction of CD's over vinyl which was a no brainer for the consumer.
