De-Wipering My A3 Help Please

Hi there guys dont spose any of you have de-wipered your car have you?

Just wondered if you could give me a step by step process of how to do it if possible?

then i suppose it just about removing the motor and capping the wash wipe feed pipe.

im all for style mods, but removing something like that, which helps you see behind you is completely stupid imho

They do it all the time on Veedubs, a lot of the MK2 boys fit the non heated CL rear screens fo an even cleaner look.

I done it on all 3 of my Polo's, my Golf and my A3 but the S3 has an Aero wiper kit on and i much prefer this option!

the thing about euro styling an 8L A3, is that theres really not much to do. The car is pretty much as rounded as it's going to get. There no bonnet vents to remove, no washer jets to relocate, no bumpers to smooth etc etc..

Best bets are to remove, weld and fill the rear wiper, then delete all body mouldings and trim, and fill any bumper joins you can find.

i had a smooth boot on my old corsa with no rear wiper and it was such a **** to see behind you in the rain / dirt etc... i realy wouldnt do it again, as DPM said, id go with aero wiper conversion!
