What size spacers for 19" rims??

What size spacers have people used that are running 19" alloys and lowered suspension? i have read a few reports of tyres fouling the arches on bumpy roads if you run the usual 15mm rear/10mm front spacers on 19's. Does anyone have any experience/problems running this size spacer. I am in the market to lower my car (prob about 25 - 30mm) and get spacers but dont want to start scuffing my arches or liners. Thanks.

Mine had 8x19 007s , Eibach springs and 10 front , 16 rear.

I have 8.5x19 bbs lm's all round, and have 25mm spacers on the rears with no probs..Im also using Koni adjustable suspension..

All depends what offset the wheels are.
