Cracked my bumper! Ideas?

As above, did it last night ****** reversed into a mate that come from no where with his lights off. its only a clean crack bout 3" long, any guys got the best way to push it out. its on the drivers side.
was thinking of a combination of hairdryer to get it warm and a gentle push from the underside.

I had the same problem mate it went in like an egg shape.

I removed the bumper and heated it up with a hairdryer then bashed it back with a rubber mallet.

Its back to its original shape but the paint is cracked....
