I can only assume he's selling the lenses as it can't be the headlamps that cheap?

Hi, just use Google translator for looking at German eBay listings.

It looks like he's selling:

2 plugs for the new headlights including the necessary cables with pins ​

Necessary mounting material (stainless screws, wearing parts)
2 bracket plates for the attachment of the Facelift headlights
Illustrated one, easily understandable fitting instruction

Not such a good deal after all...
