if you buy a car and you don`t know if the cam belt has been done or not then just do it so you know.

Same with oil and filters, whenever I buy a car I change them all even if the seller says they have been done. I know then that they have deffinitly been done and have a start point for looking after the car.
I did my cam belt at 48k but car was 6 or 7 years old My risk but assesed it and worked for me but I wouldn`t tell evryone to do that.
