Oil Sensor Warning Indicator Stuck on

Blagged it out in the country yesterday, loads of overtaking etc and hard cornering down the lanes.

Anyway later on when i got back in the car to drive home the Oil Sensor light is stuck on...

What have i done? I checked the oil and its ok, i only put 1 litre in last week, it uses more oil than i'd like it too.

Anyone had the same problem with oil consumption and the sensor warning light.

I know that the sensor is linked to the Service schedule

I had this problem too!!!
fixed it by changing the sensor in the oil pan, not very expensive and very quick to fit.
