Squeaky interior panels

Guys,

The panel behind the drivers seat has started to squeak when im driving over the last week or two and its driving me crazy as the cars seems to be squeak free other than that. My car is a V plate on 67k so I suppose i should expect a squeak or two.

If i press the panel in with my hand it squeaks. Is there any way to sort this out? If i take the panel off to have a look would i make it worse?

Has anyone else managed to get rid of these annoying squeaks?

Only way I know is to take it off and try re-fitting it as it may have come loose.
