after my crap race yesterday with the fester a mk3 golf gti blown my doors off today, my car has now past the missus on the most times to **** me off in one day,now esp light is staying on and ecu light is on permantly
taking it to midland vw tomoz and hope fully get some power back

Seriosly there must be something wrong with your car. Take it somewhere and get it checked over and remapped!

My acceleration sensor was knackered and this made the ABS and ESP light stay on. Hope that helps. (Had to say something constructive)

I have to confess though that before mine was remapped I got wasted by a Green J reg Polo on the bypass. He only had a 'coupe' badge on the back. Although it did spit a flame out on a gear change! And smelt like a fighter plane as he pulled away.

Found him the other day and went past after the remap so all is well!

yeah jody at midland VW will sort you out. Top bloke! Helped me out with the golf on numerous occasions.He's had a few S3's aswell so will no doubt know the ins and outs.
