4WD losses?

Hi all had my S3 for just over a week and very happy with it, could do with a bit more power hence im looking at a re-map, however i was thinking what are the losses in the 4WD system? can anyone shine a light?

In my experience, about 60BHP ish for the Haldex quattro on an S3/TT/4 Motion Golf...

Anywhere from late 50s to nearly 70.

This, on the same rollers as FWD VAG tend to loose 30BHP ish (anywhere from late 20s to nearly 40)
Torsen quattro approx 80BHP (anywhere from mid 70s to nearly 90)
Subaru / Evo approx 100BHP
