Another window prob.

In the last couple of weeks my S3 windows started stopping about an inch above the seal line. They done this ( as in both windows ) about a week apart from each other.
They never stopped there before and wondered if it was a safty setting via the port programing and not something broken off inside the door cards.

Baffled indeed.....

Anyone else came across this?
