I'd steer well clear. The picture shows what appears to be an S3 engine bay, but that mainfold looks more like a 1.8t type.

someone mentioned Xspower have a lot of reviews on google, something about you pay for what you get.

btw garret are relatively low on the turbo quality line so i'm not sure what something thats 'not quite a garret' would be

i know its strange, not a scam for defo. Its a bodge up of parts i think. Not tested i bet.

Also the turbo td04 is what comes standard on a WRX so produces maybe 270ish bhp.

my K04 is better than that

You can achieve 280/290 hp off the standard turbo without putting too much stress. Im boosting 20.4psi and back 3 months ago I was boosting 25.1psi .. The K04 whilst in world standards is still a small turbo - it can produce quite alot of HP if done properly, and unless you are doing alot of track work, can you really justify spending money on the turbo, plus the labour to put it in.. i find running 280hp my car is quicker than most things on the road. I still get 500kms out of a tank as well.
