planning suspension - help.

Hi all,

Have been planning a suspension overhaul for a while but im stuck on a few bits... maybe you can help.

(Car is a 2001 S3 - standard at present)

Questions...

1, I really dont want to lower the car (already hitting things on country lanes etc), so what are my options with regards shocks/springs.

The way i see it is i could stay standard (new ones must be better that 70k old shocks), upgrade shocks but keep standard springs or find upgraded springs that are the same height (do they exist ?)

2, Am planning ARB of either R32 or Neuspeed, does any one know how much the r32 ARB costs?

Have you thought about the Koni FSD's which are softer on the straights but stiffen up round corners.

Bilstein B6 shocks with standard springs might be just what the doc ordered...
