Whats making this noise ? HELP !

Under accleration i hear a knocking from the engine bay, when turning to the left a grinding noise but not when turning to the right. I had the anti roll bar replaced due to a creakinmg noise which is now fine. The steering column was replaced due to play within so it cant be neither of them.

A friend recons it could be an engine mount / bush. I m a little worried this may cause damage to other components especially the new ones.

Any help would be great.

If it's worse when you turn left then i'd say off-side driveshaft/CV Joints.

and the problem was.....................

the power steering pipe was zip tied to the anti roll bar, was replaced a few months back. Stupid idiots !
