Ejection of stubborn cigar lighter...

Hi folks,

As subject, popped my cigar lighter back in before (wanting to use it - although I hasten to add not for a cigar)... It's all of a sudden decided it doesn't want to work now, but the worst part is, of course it doesn't want to pop-out either; and as I'm sure you've all guessed I have 1,435,296 other items which I need the socket for...

Any of you folks know a way to get the little bastige out?

Can you not jimmy it out using a small electrical/jewelers screw driver?
