Help front indicator removal

Sorry for posting again but ive searched and read the threads and i still cant remove mine and dont want to break them, There is a small clip on top of the light which i am pushing down and then pulling wherever i can but its just not budging. My car is a 99 1.8 T.
Please help

there's a crossheaded release you have to turn through 90deg to release it. There's a handy hole in the panel above, so with a longish pozi screwriver, you twist the release, then push the clip down and slide the indicator out.
