Head light re-aligning

Hi guys,

Im off to France on Friday and was wondering about altering the beam of the headlights. NOrmally when i go abroad i just fit beam benders to the headlights but looking through the audi hand book when i first got the car i noticed it was possible to alter the beam from left to right.

It says i need to take it to Audi to get this done but does anybody know anything about this?

What car have you got? If it's got xenon headlights that are self-levelling then I imagine they can be set for continental Europe ... not sure if you can do this yourself though ... maybe a trip to the dealer is needed.
