Cruise Control Install

I have purchased the stalk and wiring kit from VAG parts for the DIY install and have read as much as I can find on the forums regarding the install but one thing I am unsure of is this extra bulkhead loom. Is this required or is it installed already on S3's. If it isn't is is it easy to make your self? This seems to be my only stumbling block and any help would be much appreciated.

Yeah think you will need the extra loom, as i believe it's needed for all 1.8T.
