Chassis number cover

Can the perspex cover over the chassis number on the bulkhead be replaced. Mine has completely disintegrated and at a cursory first look it seems to be attached fairly well (what's left of it) to the surround.
Not a very excitng question, but any help appreciated.

I suspect you will have to replace the entire plastic scuttle panel. £35 from memory?

Def scuttle panel replacement , the new one will do just the same over time.

Better off trying to trim it off really neatly and possibly cutting a proper bit of thin perspex and fitting it in the same place.

Thanks for the ideas, £35 isn't too bad for the whole panel, but a bit steep for a 4" bit of perspex. Might try the Blue Peter method first.

Just replaced mine as well, the clear window is def. bonded to the scuttle panel.
