I've been offered some drilled and grooved discs along with fast road pads from the above for a sum of £200. First of all is this a good price (they retail at over £330 for the set on their website but I'm not sure if they're available anywhere else) and secondly, it's only fronts...would I need to change the backs as well (they're not worn at all)?

I got a set of discs and pads very cheap on eBay and put them on my Ibiza - the disks are fine, but the pads only lasted about 500 miles - ok, that included 2 track days - but I was very disappointed with the wear rate. Now use proper track day pads which last a bit longer.

IIRC you could/can get Red Dot from Halfords?

Ref. the rears - leave them be until they wear down - you'll probably get through 2 sets of front discs before you need to consider changing the back.

Has anyone else heard of these discs? If so, what are they like?

I think you can get them in Halfrauds as well, remember seeing a display.
No Idea what they are like to be honest. Seems like you are saving a few quid so I would go for it.
