Removal of Front Bumper Insert

Does anyone know how to remove the middle grill and the surround on the front bumper? Is it one of those jobs that need the front end of the car striped down, (ie- Headlamps & Bumper removal) or can it be removed quite easilly?

Also does anyone know where I can get hold of 18" RS007's (MTM Bimoto Replicas)? Tried Roachford but none avalible in that size, only avalible in 19" which I'm not keen on.

you just pull and it pops out, no disasembly necessary, its only held on by a couple wedge like clips, hope you haven't taken the car apart already

If its the lower grille and insert you are talking about then I'd suggest you take the bumper off. There are steel clips on the middle insert that you can't get back on. I don't see how you can just pull it out.
With the wheels, try John Nye @ elite. The company that make them are AZ Alloys.

Thanks guys, tried those two places again nil stock of those wheels. I will have a go at removing the bumper insert this weekend.
